Closed Friday, October 16 (and a Word About the Banana Bread)

A quick note from the kitchen.

Havenleigh Kitchen + Stillroom will be closed on Friday, October 16. No pop-up that day. The ovens get a rest, and so do I. We'll be back to our regular Friday rhythm on October 23, with fresh bread, cookies, and lemon tonic waiting for you.

Now, about the banana bread.

I know. It's been a favorite, and I've loved watching it disappear off the table week after week. It's taking a short break from the menu. But it isn't gone. Banana bread comes back for Thanksgiving, just in time for your holiday table, your house guests, and that slow cup of coffee or tea the morning after the big meal.
